Highly robust and easy to integrate electrodes for e-textiles
At ETH Zurich the founders of nanoleq developed novel ultraconductive elastomers called StretchOne. These materials are interesting for smart textiles, because they are very soft, elastic and corrosion resistant. Motivated by the request from textile manufacturers, nanoleq is launching StretchOne Tape in 2020, an elastic textile lamination tape which can be used directly as an electronic cable for intelligent garments, is fully stretchable, isolated and washable, and can easily be connected to electronics, sensors, batteries, LED and stimulation electrodes.
